There are seven factors affecting the sealing of cylinder, including wear of cylinder, damage of piston ring, piston wear, damage of valve seat, wear of valve guide, damage of cylinder cushion, valve clearance and so on.

What are the common diagnostic methods? The main methods are to measure cylinder pressure, crankcase air channeling, cylinder air leakage and leakage rate, intake pipe vacuum and abnormal vibration caused by excessive wear of cylinder piston group. The wear metal in crankcase is the measurement of particle content.

For the measurement of cylinder compression pressure, it is mainly the pressure at the end of four-stroke engine compression. Because of cylinder pressure, oil viscosity and cylinder piston group, the adjustment of valve mechanism is correct, the sealing of cylinder gasket and other factors, so when measuring the cylinder pressure of engine, the sealing condition of cylinder piston group can be diagnosed. If the sealing of piston ring, valve and cylinder gasket is good, the clearance of valve must be necessary. Appropriate.

2. Muffler Firmness Testing

The muffler consists of an outer cylinder and an inner honeycomb. The two parts are combined by mechanical clasp technology because they are in high temperature, vibration and other special environments. We know that the quality of this process depends on the precision of the design. If the combination is not strong in the use of automobiles, it will be loose or fall off due to high temperature, vibration and other factors. For the practical testing methods, the testing tools in the industry are all using universal material testing machine and compression plate clamp, which make the muffler two components subject to upper and lower shear stress. The repetition error of the measured results should be less than 5%.
