I. Check tire pressure regularly

Check the air pressure of all tires including spare tires in cooling condition at least once a month. If the pressure of worm gear box decreases too fast, please find out the reasons (e.g. nailing, cutting, aging of valve nozzle rubber, cracking, etc.).

The air pressure must be specified by the car manufacturer. This standard can usually be found in the following places:

A. Vehicle user manual.

B. The label next to the door of the driver's seat of the car.

C. Storage drawers near the driver's seat of the carriage.

D. Oil cylinder head door.

2. Avoid hitting obstacles

When a vehicle is running at high speed, such as the impact of a tire on a pit or other obstacles, the tire will produce severe extrusion deformation between the obstacle and the rim flange, which can cause the carcass cord fabric to break, and the air inside the tire will rise from the broken yarn to form a bulge (see figure below). Seriously, it will cause tire side rupture and sudden tire exhaust.

Please bear in mind:

When driving a vehicle, please pay attention. If you see obstacles ahead (e.g. pits), please respond in advance to avoid hitting obstacles. If it is unavoidable, please try to slow down. Special attention should be paid to tyres with low flat ratio.

3. Tire wear to wear indication sign, should stop using

A wear indicator is provided at the remaining 1.6 mm depth of tread pattern groove. Tires must be replaced when the wear indicator is reached. Tires that exceed wear indicators are dangerous when traveling in wetlands, because drainage performance has been greatly reduced, which can seriously affect wetland grip.

IV. Wheel alignment and balance

If your tire wears unevenly, for example, the shoulder wears faster than the rest of the tread, or if you find the vehicle shaking excessively, the wheel may be misaligned or unbalanced. These conditions will not only shorten the tire life, but also affect the vehicle maneuverability, which may be dangerous.

5. Prevent sun, oil, acid and hydrocarbons from damaging tires

Because tires are rubber products, when driving, parking or storing tires, we must pay attention not to contact with oil, acid, hydrocarbons and other chemicals, otherwise it will cause corrosion, deformation, softening and so on. When parking, it is recommended that the vehicle be parked in a cool place to avoid premature aging and damage of tires caused by direct sunlight.

Tire alignment

Due to the position of driving wheel (front or rear drive) and steering wheel, the wear of front and rear tires is different, so in order to obtain the best wear condition and longer service life of tires, tire alignment is necessary. Refer to the manual provided by the vehicle manufacturer for guidance on tyre alignment. If there are no instructions in the vehicle manual, please follow the following suggestions:

For front-wheel-driven vehicles with four new undirected or asymmetrical tyres of the same specification, the first adjustment should be made when the tyres are used to 10,000 kilometers.
