1. Failure to maintain as required. After purchasing a new car, if there is no regular maintenance at designated 4S shop or special maintenance station designated by the manufacturer within the prescribed mileage, and if the car has problems, even during the warranty period, the user has to pay a certain maintenance cost.

2. Privately refitting vehicles. "Non-guaranteed refitted vehicles" is the consensus of almost all manufacturers on the issue of warranty period, and even some brand warranty clauses stipulate that if users change the use of vehicles for rental, leasing or competitive competitions without authorization, they will also be regarded as automatic waiver of warranty rights.

3. Damage caused by improper use. Car warranty period can only be guaranteed to customers in a big way. The damage caused by improper use or traffic accidents can only be borne by users or their insurance companies.
